Gate KYC Change Guide
Create a new Gate account with a new email address. Follow the regular sign-up process. You may use the same identity verification method as your existing account. Your existing account remains available, but only the new account is eligible for PaybackMyFee rebates. Only if you cannot create a new account, follow the guide steps in order.
Checklist Before Changing KYC or Closing the Account
Withdraw all assets
Confirm that all remaining assets, including coins and USDT, have been withdrawn from the account.
Delete API keys
If you use a trading automation program or API, delete its API key.

Open the Account Deletion Page
Log in to Gate, then open the address below to delete the account. https://www.gate.com/cancel_account
Select a Reason for Closing the Account
Select I do not want to use this account anymore, then select Next.
Review and Agree
Review the notice, select the checkbox, and select Confirm.
Verify the Account to Delete
Review the account information and, if it is the account you want to delete, select Close Account.
Complete Security Verification
Finally, enter the verification code sent to your email address or phone.
Complete Account Deletion
The account has been deleted successfully.
After Closing the Account
After the account is deleted, create a new account with the PaybackMyFee referral code and complete KYC again.

Select I do not want to use this account anymore, then select Next.
