Complete step instructions

1. Checklist Before Changing KYC or Closing the Account

   Withdraw all assets: Confirm that all remaining assets, including coins and USDT, have been withdrawn from the account. Delete API keys: If you use a trading automation program or API, delete its API key.

2. Open Security

   Select the menu icon at the top right, open Security, scroll down, and select Delete Account.

3. Agree to the Terms and Delete the Account

   Agree to the terms, then select Delete Account.

4. Select Confirm

   Review the information, then select Confirm.

5. Enter the Verification Code

   Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by email or text message.

6. Sign Up for a New Account

   After the account is deleted, sign up with the PaybackMyFee referral code and complete KYC again on the new account. Use a different ID, such as a driver's license or passport, from the resident registration card used for the previous account.
