Checklist Before Changing KYC or Closing the Account
Withdraw all assets
Confirm that all remaining assets, including coins and USDT, have been withdrawn from the account.
Delete API keys
If you use a trading automation program or API, delete its API key.
Create a New Account with a New Email
After withdrawing all assets, select Sign Up with Referral Code and create a new account with an email address different from the existing account. Create the account only; do not complete KYC yet.

Checklist Before Changing KYC or Closing the Account
Withdraw all assets: Confirm that all remaining assets, including coins and USDT, have been withdrawn from the account. Delete API keys: If you use a trading automation program or API, delete its API key.
Create a New Account with a New Email
After withdrawing all assets, select Sign Up with Referral Code and create a new account with an email address different from the existing account. Create the account only; do not complete KYC yet.
Open Account Menu
Log in to the existing account, open Account settings, and select Transfer identity on the account information screen.
Select Face Verification
Select Facial Verification to verify your identity.
Complete Mobile Face Verification
Scan the QR code with your phone and follow the on-screen instructions to complete face verification.
Confirm Verification Completion
When verification is complete, select the checkbox and select Continue.
Enter the New Account Information
Enter the email address or phone number of the new account created in step 2. KYC will be removed from the existing account and transferred to the new account. Log out of the existing account and log in to the new account.

Open Settings in the Bybit App
On the Bybit app home screen, select the profile icon at the top left, then select the settings icon at the top right.
Select Transfer Identity
Select Identity Verification, select the ⋯ button next to Update, then select Transfer identity.
Select Face Verification
Select Facial Verification to verify your identity.
Complete Face Verification
Select Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete face verification.
Confirm Verification Completion
When verification is complete, select the checkbox and select Continue.
Accept the Terms and Confirm
Select the I have read and agreed to the above checkbox, then select Confirm.
Enter the New Account Information
Enter the email address or phone number of the new account created in step 2. KYC will be removed from the existing account and transferred to the new account. Log out of the existing account and log in to the new account.
