Open the KYC Verification Page
On My Page or the home page, select Verify Now to open the identity verification (KYC) menu.
Select an ID Type
Select a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport to complete identity verification.
Scan the QR Code and Capture Your ID
Scan the QR code with your phone, then capture the front and back of your ID or upload saved ID images from your photo library.
Complete Face Verification
Scan the QR code with your phone and follow the instructions to complete face verification.
KYC Review and Completion
Review is usually completed within about 30 minutes after submission. Once approved, a verification-complete message appears.
